Shop policies
We generally ship in pink branded compostable mailers with a cute pinup illustration on it. You can select Priority Mail and/or request "discreet" for a standard USPS cardboard box package if you would prefer.
Most items are handmade to order, so please allow 1-4 weeks for production time, sometime longer in high traffic periods. You can always message us for custom or rush inquiries, which may require an additional fee.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
Because our items are small batch or made to order as well as hygienic reasons, we generally do not accept returns. The only exceptions are for the rare instance of a flawed or damaged item. We recognize that fit and sizing can be difficult when purchasing online however, so we do offer exchanges. Items must be received in new, unworn condition without any perfumed scent or other signs of wear. You are responsible for shipping back to us, in the US we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to you. If you have any questions or hesitancy on sizing, please send a message and I will be happy to help with recommendations.
