FAQ
1. Can I exchange for a different size? No, so measure carefully. I do on occasion offer discounts (at my discretion) to change sizes). But I cannot accept returns.
2. Can you make something special for me? Yes! I do my own designs so I can change things or make new ones. I usually give the idea owner a free version of what I come up with. So send me all ideas!
3. There's another shop copycatting you. Thank you for letting me know. Copycats have abounded since the creation of the original rope thorn. And they continue for any item I have success with. I personally am honor bound not to deal with copycats of other's products. I hope everyone feels the same.
4. What are your items made of? The material description is usually listed. All plastic products are PLA - its a plant based plastic which is durable and holds color.
On all of my products, due to the nature of the designs, I do not accept returns. However, if someone breaks or is otherwise not functioning as intended (I do not honor size exchanges where I put measurements in the listings), then I'd be happy to work out something with you. I attempt to ship all packages one time, all secondary attempts (weren't home or didn't have a spot to leave it, or wrong addresses) require a reattempt and an additional fee.
