About this product

Those traffic cones - gotta be careful around them. These are designed to facilitate needs without breaking the budget. "Medium" is designed to handle most folks, but we have some pretty advanced customers, so we have three sizes up from there and one smaller.

The small is made from a nice medium firmness (shore 10A). Medium are made with some softener added which probably brings it down to about 5A. The bigger ones default to soft 00-50 but due to their size feel about the same as the medium. The wider the item the firmer silicone feels. We think these are a good default, but if you want it extra hard ask for firm in a buyers note. If you want it softer ask for softer silicone in a buyers note and we'll see what we can do (difficult to get the bigger ones super soft).

These are made to order and take a few days to make and then a few days to ship. Average turn from order to ship is 3 +/- 1 day. But we also sometimes get busy and can take up to a week. But that's not common.

You can ask for custom marble combos. Select the "Custom Marble" color, and add a buyers note with the colors you want. There is a 15$ charge in order to offset the increased labor and materials waste.

All Twisted Mountain silicone items:
Packaging is always extremely discrete. Your purchase is washed with dawn soap and water (please indicate if that's an issue), air dried, transferred by hand into a plastic bag or wrap. Then this product is shipped in a plain discrete box with no branding. Even the return address is discrete "TMT, LLC".

This is made from the highest quality body safe platinum cure silicone, sourced from USA suppliers. It shares similar cleaning and storage properties as other platinum silicone items. Be careful to not use silicone based lube as it can cause damage. Use standard silicone safe lubes. Keep away from sharp edges.

Clean with soap and water after use. These can be boiled or bleached with 10% bleach solutions if desired.

Due to the custom nature of these products there are no refunds or returns, but if there is a problem with workmanship or quality contact us with pictures and we will discuss solutions.
