Shop policies
-All products are made to order custom.Production times vary depending on popularity of item or difficulty of the make. Turn arounds are generally from 4-8 weeks.
-cancellations can not be made on products already shipped, product will need to be returned unused and in the condition in which it was sent in order to receive a full refund.
-It is quite rare for a product to break, in which case 1) A hearty congratulations! 2) We will ask for photos of the break for our records and process a replacement if requested.
-Kandy Paddles is not responsible for injuries that may occur from misuse of the products. Using impact gear comes with inherent risks that the buyer accepts with the purchase.
Howdy! You have 90 days after shipment is received to bring any issues with the product up to us. This includes, color, design, breaks (you rockstar!) upon receiving the return we will inspect for flaws and process the refund accordingly.
