Terms of service
Deep Fantasies will offer refunds and cancellations on orders if requested within 24hrs of purchase, excluding subscription boxes, unless your order has already been made or processed before the request is made. After this point ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By purchasing from Deep Fantasies Inc, you acknowledge that you're aware of our production timeline (3-5 weeks from date of purchase; except 4-6 weeks from date of purchase during peak holiday times, November - January), this does not include shipping timeline. Purchasing faster shipping, does not change our production timeline.
Orders are processed first-come first-served. Orders may not be changed once submitted. Please make sure your order is accurate.
If there is a problem with your order (significant flaw or defect) when it arrives please reach out to us within 24hrs of delivery. Returns or refunds will be at our discretion, requiring photo validation of your concern, and ONLY accepted on products that have not been opened. We may offer full or partial refund dependent on the severity of the issue. We require items to be returned to us, and once received the refund or remake will be issued.
If the flaw or defect renders the product unsafe or unusable, we will provide a return shipping label, and once the item has been received we will process the refund or replacement.
If upon receipt of your order you decide that it is not what you desire, you can reach out to us to return it, within 24hrs. Items must be sealed in the bag as received, and never opened. The customer is responsible for return shipment fees, and will be charged a restocking fee of 25%, plus the original shipment fees. Refunds of 75% of the item cost will be refunded once the product is back in the possession of DF Inc.
Care instructions are included with your product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care. Although silicone is very durable, the life of your item will be prolonged with proper care.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED
We make every effort to provide accurate dimensions of products on our listings, however they can be slightly different from measurements you may take due to varying factors.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes and tariffs required for their shipment delivery. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS if your country collects TAXES & DUTIES please be aware those will be collected when your shipment is delivered to you. If you do not pay the TAXES and DUTIES as charged by your country your order will very likely be confiscated by your CUSTOMS AGENTS or returned to us.
Additionally, if your order is returned to us due to being undelivered/not claimed, or a wrong address, the Customer is responsible for any new shipping fees to have it sent again. Please take care to ensure your shipping information is accurate, double check your address. We take no responsibility for lost mail.
If returned items are not re-sent to the customer, because they choose not to pay the required shipping fees/updated address cannot be ascertained/etc., Deep Fantasies will not offer refund on custom made items, or the shipping fees incurred. We will make effort to reach out to the customer via message/email, and provide a reasonable response timeline.
Shipping and handling, are completely out of our control. Deep Fantasies is not responsible for issues or errors, on part of the shipping companies/postal service or any unforeseeable events. In the event of a missing package the customer is responsible for contacting and following up with the shipping company. Deep Fantasies does not have access to any additional updates beyond what the tracking information states. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for lost packages. It would be up to the shipping company to determine the package lost, or delivered in error, and ensure a refund, if your chosen shipping option includes insurance coverage. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs for returned packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Emailing us photos to validate your concern is also helpful. See above for return procedures.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items sold as 'Flops or Frankenpours' are final sale, and cannot be returned at any time. Subscription items are also final sale, as are e-gift cards, swag items and all body products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded the appropriate amount on your original payment method only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
