Products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is be responsible for return shipping costs. Any orders returned without prior approval will not be honored. Lulexy does not take responsibility for lost packages. The buyer will be responsible for any damages if an item is not returned in its original condition and packaging. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
