Sizing Info:
My cuffs are available in 2 standard sizes, or custom fit. Each cuff has 5 setting holes spaced 1/2" apart. Ideally you should select the size that has your wrist/ankle size in one of the 3 center most settings. Don't see a standard size that will work for you? How to size for a custom fit:
Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of the wearer's wrist/ankle around the wrist/ankle bone. Please make sure the tape is flush against the skin. Not tight or loose. If your measurement does not land on a quarter inch mark, please round up to the nearest 1/4". This will be the measurement I will need. DO NOT add or subtract from this measurement. I make the necessary adjustments to assure a proper fit. If a soft measuring tape is not available, you can use something like a shoestring and measure that against a ruler.
